50% in the A / B / O period from the second week (the cheapest week is discounted)
10% in periods C / D / E / F / G / H / I / M / N minimum 14 days

Additional costs

Linen rental / utility consumption / services € 40 per person per week (excluding infants <3 years).

Cleaning:
  • Studio apartment € 50;
  • Two-room apartment € 55;
  • Three-room apartment € 60.

For all periods we accept reservations for midweek stays.
Kitchenette to be cleaned by the client, otherwise €50 surcharge
Pets: small pets are allowed on request, €50 cleaning surcharge.

    Deposit € 150 for apartment to be paid on arrival and returned at the end of the stay except for possible charges for expenses and / or damages (departure within reception hours, after-hours the deposit will be sent)
